Initial consultation
Every project starts with a consultation and property review. We learn your goals, look at the space and identify challenges like drainage, layout or seasonal concerns, so we can recommend the right approach.
Planning & preparation
Once the scope is defined we plan layout, materials, timing and site-specific details. Proper preparation is what makes the rest go smoothly.
Professional execution
The work is completed with attention to detail, efficient crews and organized, clean job sites.
Final walkthrough
When the work is done we walk it with you to make sure everything meets our standards and your expectations, and take care of any final details.
Ongoing seasonal care
Landscapes change through the year. Seasonal cleanups and maintenance keep them healthy, and in winter snow removal is handled by The Big Freeze LLC.
Fall is planning season
A consultation in the fall means fall planting can start while the soil is warm, and bigger projects are designed and scheduled before the spring rush.
What to expect
Before anything starts you will know what is being done, what materials are going in and roughly when the crew will be there. Weather in Western New York can move a date, especially in a wet spring or when the ground freezes early, and if it does you will hear about it. If something unexpected turns up once work begins, such as a drainage problem or roots where a bed is going, it is talked through with you before the plan changes. When the job is done, the site is cleaned up and you get simple care instructions for anything new that was planted, seeded or sodded.
